Can I update my website after it's finished?

Yes. As part of our hosting package, you receive ongoing help and support. We’re also happy to make small updates to your content or images for free as part of the service.

How much does it cost to host my website?

Every website needs hosting to be stored online and accessible to visitors. Our hosting costs £150 per year and simply covers the essentials needed to keep your website live, secure, and running smoothly. This includes SSL security (HTTPS), reliable hosting, email accounts, and ongoing support. The website itself is completely free (Similar Websites cost around £500-£1000+)

How long do I have to host the website with you?

We require you to keep the website hosted with us for at least one year, this is so we can provide a smooth launch of your website, we are able to make changes if required and to protect us from miss use of this offer.

Can I leave after the first year?

Yes! If you are not happy with the level of service or would like to move your website to another provider that’s fine. After the first year we will contact you and ask if you would like to continue for another year, if not we will do everything required our end to help you move.

How do I get started?

Simply get in touch with us via our welcome form and tell us about your business. To begin, we’ll take payment for the £150 annual hosting, then we’ll design, build, and launch your website for free.

Do you buy & manage the domain name?

No! You are responsible for buying and renewing your own domain name, buying a domain name is an easy and cheap process, we can help and point you in the right direction and help you connect your new website to your domain name

Do you have control of my domain name?

NO! The domain name is registered and owned by you, we do not control it, we simply give you some details to allow us to host on the domain name, you have full control of the domain to do what you want with it. Never give someone control of your business domain name.

2. Design & Build

Subject to approval of your application, we will design and build your website and provide a link for you to view it.

3. Make Changes

You have 14 days to make changes the content and images if required. You can also make changes yourself later on!

At this point your are still free to walk away, no commitment has been made...

4. Approve your website

Once changes are made and you are happy with the website, let us know and we can get the website live!

5. Hosting Starts

We will ask you to make payment for the hosting fees to cover the cost of hosting the website for a year.

6. Support Starts

Throughout the year hosting with us if you need help we are here! Small changes are available all year if you need help.
